  • How long do orders take?
    Orders usually take 5 – 10 working days to complete, after the proof of payment receipt is received. There is a chance it may be slightly longer at very busy times of the year. If you need your item more urgently, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.
  • Would I see my artwork design before my order is completed?
    Absolutely! Once your order is confirmed (payment receipt received), your artwork will be processed and emailed to you for your review and approval before we complete your order.
  • What are your payment options?
    Payments can be made via: Online Banking Direct Bank Deposit These options are available for your selection at check-out. Please send us an email at personalizeitgiftshop@gmail.com with the name on the order and a screen shot or photo of your bank receipt as proof of payment. This information is necessary to confirm your order and to begin processing of same.
  • I’ve made by payment online or directly in the bank, what do I do now?

  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we deliver! TT POST Delivery is available via TT Post Track Pack directly to your preferred mailing address within Trinidad and Tobago at a cost of $35. This option is best suited for our smaller wooden items under 15” in size. PHYSICAL DELIVERY Physical Delivery is available via an external courier service provider. This option is intended and best suited for larger items items that may damage easily, or cannot be accommodated in a TT Post Track Pack. The following delivery charges are applicable: Diego Martin to Port of Spain - $30 San Juan to Arima - $50 Arima to Sangre Grande - $60 San Juan to Freeport - $50 Freeport to San Fernando - $60 San Fernando to Point Fortin / Penal - $70 COLLECTION Orders can also be collected at Personalize It Gift Shop located at Corner French & Roberts Streets, Woodbrook. Once the order is ready for collection a member of our team will advise. If you have selected the option to collect, please wait on call before proceeding to collect. Our delivery options are available as you click through the steps on the website to place your order. Please select the applicable delivery / collection option at check out.
  • Can I collect my items?
    Absolutely! Collection is an option as well. You can collect your items at our shopfront located at the Corner of Roberts & French Streets, Port of Spain, Trinidad at no additional cost. This option can also be selected at the time of check out. Once your order is ready for collection you will be contacted. Please wait for the notification notice before picking up your order.
  • What’s your return policy?
    If you are not happy with your order please reach out to us at personalizeitgiftshop@gmail.com. Since our items are individually customized and personalized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges, but we are committed to our customers and want to make sure that you are pleased with your product(s).
  • Where are you located?
    Our storefront, Personalize It Gift Shop, is located at the Corner of Roberts & French Streets, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. Your customized items are hand-crafted out of our Workshop based is in Diego Martin, Trinidad & Tobago. You can also shop online at www.personalizeitgiftshop.com.
